Manish Dayal

Manish Dayal is an American film and television actor known for his recurring role as Raj Kher in 90210 and leading role in the film The Hundred Foot Journey.

Dayal was born Manish Patel in Orangeburg, South Carolina, to parents from Gujarat, India, Hema and Sudhir Patel. He is the third of four children. He graduated from Heathwood Hall Episcopal School in 2001 and went on to college at the George Washington University. After he graduated in 2005 he moved to New York to pursue his career in FilmTelevision, and five years later he moved to Los Angeles where he currently resides. He uses his grandfathers first name, Dayal, as his stage surname.
